Pros

Trauma bonding with other coworkers.

Cons

No HR department. Nepotism. Favoritism. No career growth. 2% raise while we had the pleasure of witnessing the CEO gift his nephew a Rolex at an all company meeting. Tone-deaf. Greedy. Ungrateful.

Pros

Decent insurance and 401k benefits

Cons

They do not care about helping advance your career Raises are bare minimum Bonuses are selective/no structure No Christmas gift unless you go to the Christmas party at the CEO’s house hours away (simply working for them all year doesn’t qualify you) You will be asked to do tasks way outside your job function, at great inconveniences to you You will be talked down to, and witness others be spoken to/treated poorly

Pros

The team there was great. Managers were understanding, kind, and patient.

Cons

Upper management cracks the whip. Refuses to hire more and puts the load on underpaid employees.
