They will promise a specific pay and then not follow through. At almost 2 years employed I am more than a dollar less than what I was promised I would be at by my 1yr anniversary, yet am always praised for how much money I save the company. Favoritism is obvious. Messy and unorganized. No one set of rules, each manager gets to just decide what the rules are for each employee. Not much room for advancement if you are a woman, they prefer to promote men.

Low pay, they add on extra work of different departments with zero compensation, its a "do this or your fired" type of company. They use any type of personal info they can find against you. They move women out of high positions to replace with men. There are no longer any women in high positions at all.
