I genuinely have no idea where to begin.
They will change your schedule at random. You will be on nights one day and days the next. You can never ever get comfortable with your schedule.
They will cut your pay. They will tell you it's easier for HR.
They will cut your hours and "promise" to give you pay for the hours they cut. But then come back and say " well, we never said that and it wasn't ever in any writing".
If you have a situation that needs to be taken care of via HR, forget it. TIFFINI DOES NOT CARE!!! There are some HR who does care. But, she runs the show and she could care less about you.
Management doesn't care about you either. They care more about hiring their little friends then they do about you or anyone who isn't their friends.
They refuse to fire people. Only three times I've seen someone fired. Once for stealing, once for time fraud, and once for relentlessly harrasing multiple female coworkers.
The expectations set on you are unachievable and extremely unrealistic. And the expectations are set on people who do not even know how to do what they're telling you to do.
You will run out of work and you will be told to work. Even if it means just sweeping the floor for ten hours for four days.
You will be ignored for promotions and raises for people who do not work for anything. And just sit there and mess around.
The air quality is so terrible. You can see fumes sitting in the warehouse all day every day. You'll get sick constantly. You won't be able to breath well.
YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED AS A HUMAN HERE!!!!
