Quality First has an amazing training program that sets each person on a path to success. The team also makes the experience feel like a family reunion where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Amazing people! I would recommend this job to anyone who wants a career in sales and who wants to peak at the highest levels. The money is also great and they move you up quickly, if you apply yourself.
Cons
I met my ex-girlfriend at that company and we had some pretty hot experiences on the job and off…if you know what I mean?! Mmmmm. 🍒 Then we broke up and things just weren’t the same. Even though it was obviously my fault to be sticking my pen in the company ink, I still had issues with staying there afterward.

It'll take about 6 months to get your feet wet and start making money. Once you do, you can make great money. 100k+ easy
Cons
Long hours. (12hr/day @ 6day/week) Not very organized/training is lacking A lot of "Hurry up and wait" No base wage - 100% commission. This can be difficult when try to get on your feet

Pros
You can make good money and your not stuck in an office. Despite the cons if your good with people, like driving and being out late it is a really good opportunity to make 6 figures.
Cons
1950's Business model, grind salesmen to death, does not provide basic technology to succeed. What sales compant doesn't provide CMS? Don't suggest any improvements.
