I worked for QPS from March 2018 until July 2021. It was a pleasant experience. The team is very knowledgeable, have great soft skills. It feels like a family. There are a great number of people who are working there for more than a decade, and there's a reason for that: It's a really nice place to work.

It's an excellent place to work. Management cares about your professional growth, there is room for growing. The turnover rate is super low, it's rare that people quit from the company.Every employee has enough physical space to work, most people work on their own office or share and office with one or two people at most. I picture myself working here until I retire. Management is super accessible and friendly, It totally feels like a horizontal structure, you can feel free to express yourself. There's not going to be anyone being pretentious or bragging about "being the boss"
