HR is the reason most of us hate going to work in the morning and the reason a lot of us quit. She is not for the people but rather against the people. She makes sure that others around you see every flaw and tears you down rather than builds up the employees. You know there is a problem with HR when people avoid her like the plague around work. I would have stayed if she was not there.
