There are some very good and talented people here

The culture is one of dog eat dog, perpetuated by the COO. Rules by dividing and conquering and encouraging middle management to berate their subordinates. Employees are touted as being empowered to make changes ... Nothing could be further from the truth as they are micro-managed to death. It just sucks the life and desire right out of you. They expect everything out of their employees, yet never reward or nurture their efforts.

paid weekly,new employees can do as they please, profit sharing, reasonably good benefits, vacation and personal time

besides the obvious ghetto its located in, there is absolutely no guidance from superiors until they want to blame you for something, reviews are never ever on time, cheap parts to make high quality machines? MICROMANAGED to a fault!!

This place is a dangerous safety hazard the upper management is very unprofessional and has no idea on how to run a company. The only way to get hired Is if you are White or know someone who works there. I'm surprised that there still in business it must be because of Witchcraft and Voodoo. Only White people get their reviews on time. Black's reviews are put on hold and the pay is not fair. QVI has that good ole boy mentality this is a sink or swim company the employees and management are overwhelmed with work and underpaid.
