Pros

There are absolutely no pro's

1. The CEO has given the charge of Glassdoor to the CHRO who is pretty much manipulative in tons of ways. She has just joined here to mint money and nothing else. She has been brainwashing the other leaders as well in the organization. True example of the fact that people don't open their mouth in front of a woman. 2. The so called leadership of this organization belongs to category where they do not possess any leadership traits. All they know is how to stoop as low as possible just to ensure that they are in the good books of the CEO. They will even put the careers of their team members at stake to save their skin in front of the CEO. 3. On one hand they say that this year because of COVID, there will be no promotions and increments; however, undeserving senior people are further promoted, just because they are close to the CEO. 4. The culture here is that they will not think twice before firing anyone. If you really need to fire, fire some of those senior guys who do not deserve those hefty packages. 5. There is a lot of unethical stuff going on in terms of how employees clear client interviews, etc...Alarmingly, the senior team is ok with it as long as the business in flowing in. 6. They can change your designation at any time they want....after that even if you hit your head against the CEO, no one will listen to you. 7. HR team has completely changed now for the last few months. You cannot trust them like you would earlier. 8. In the name of job rotation, they will rotate you to different roles, but will not give you enough time to prove yourself in the role, only to hear from them after 2-3 months, that you are not performing and "that's the exit door for you" 9. Worklife balance is horrific. 'Bosses' dont care what situation you are in. They will call you when they feel they need to ask something. Honestly, this culture is totally top-driven. Please understand that you may not have a personal life; but we do.

I had resigned based on offer letter from QK before Covid 19.My offer was deferred by HR on call saying u can check for other jobs as currently no position are open.Recently got another call from HR saying if I would negotiate on signed offer letter and if ready to work on 3rd party payroll. I would request to resort this organisation as last option or in desperate need only.

Pros

All the pros of this company is getting vanished day by day still there are a few pros left in this company 1. Exposure to insurance and banking domain if you land in functional testing department 2. You get good knowledge of core insurance and banking applications and how to test them 3. You will be at peace if you deployed on some client location 4. You get onsite opportunity very early if you are in banking domain and you are sent to gulf countries Bcoz most of their banking clients are from middle east 5. Surviving in this company for Atleast 2 years will make you mentally tough and you will be ready to handle any sort of stress and pressure in the outside world Can't think of any more pros

As far as cons of this company is conerned the list is endless a 3 to 4 pages essay can be written on just the cons of this company still that won't be enough. But still I will try to summary it in short 1. There management of resources is pathetic, horrific and the worst. Infact its just an understatement to say that there management is pathetic 2. Resource at client location are only an invoice for this company which gets generated every month and there client bills them 3. They take client escalation very seriously but at the same time became deaf if you have any problems with the client. Don't expect any sort of help from the management or company if you get in trouble 4. They use to give good hike but that's a thing of the past now even after working hard for a whole year resources are handed a hike of even 300-500, just imagine a hike of 300-500 shows level of this company 5. TL and managers in this company are stupendously dumb work is unscripted unstructured nobody knows what, why and how of the project still there are couple of TL's who know there job well 6. Politics happens in every company, but over here politics is of the worst kind, TL won't allow you to go ahead from them, Infact they will even take credit for your hardwork 7. The company offers only testing services to client and still basic concepts of testing are not known even to the higher management 8. No training is provided to you of any sort and you are directly sent to the client location and they tell you to lie to the client that you are an experienced resource even if you are a fresher. 9. The company has started offering automation testing. And yet they don't even own a single license for commercial testing application(qtp,RFT etc) 10. They have a bond of 2 Yrs and If you break it you have to pay lakh rupees as penalty if you want your experience letter else just abscond this company 11. If you are deployed in some automation project and your profile is manual testing then your job will be no more than that of a data entry guy you will only fill data in excel sheets 12. Management, TL, managers all lie to the resource and give them a lot of false hopes( that is ' churan ') if they raise any concerns 13. Chatugiri and nodding and saying yes to every word of your senior is the only Way to survive and grow in this company 14. They literally screw and harass resources in terms of work, project timelines of this company are a joke they quote less time for project delivery and then sucks the life out of resources to get the project done still the project doesn't end on time 15. Forget of having a social life if your gender is male and you are on some offshore project and not on client site. I can still go on but my fingers are now getting strained after typing so much
