      Pros

      Lots of new clients, and some of the employees are truly great.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture, and nearly impossible workload. There is no guidance. Management is too busy making promises to gain more clients rather than spending time investing in their employees. Expect to see lots of favoritism. Your growth depends on getting on upper management's good side. To do this, do not share your opinion and be sure to overwork yourself.

      Some of the colleagues are highly talented in their respective fields.

      Cons

      "Opportunities for growth" here means working around the clock in a toxic environment. Be wary of the promises made - they are rarely, if ever, delivered upon (both to the staff and to the clients).

      Creative work is generally fun.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely toxic. You can expect to be burnt out and manipulated at this company. Culture is based on praising the narcissistic CEO. Expect no work/life balance and to be thrown under the bus on a daily basis.
