People working in the company have no social life, forget social they have no life. Company's management take large projects to be completed in no time which puts unnecessary pressure on developers from day one. Client's requirement is not properly understood. Like for example, client wants the end product "aeroplane", what they make is "bicycle". Person working on the project have not idea about client's expectations; he develops project according to the guidelines provided by senior management. This is about development, life of QA is even worse. They have to spend 12 hours a day in the office and handle consequences of the mistakes made by senior management (not understanding what client wants). If you are fresher and ready to work with no pay for six months or so, then most welcome to join the company. For fresher there is some scope of growth and learning. But if you are an experience individual, then mark my words "Never ever join this company as this company will turn into your worst nightmare". You can have an idea about how dissatisfied employees are from the fact that on an average there is 4-5 resigns every month, and interviews are conducted on a daily basis. I could go on and on writing as there is no need to the cons. But will stop here, anybody wanting to join the company first read my review and then ask yourself "Are you ready to handle all this".

1. Its not an MNC, they don't even know how to work. 2. They only make small college level projects for some of their so called clients like MAX. 3. I don't know why people out here post like good to learn etc, If you want to learn code you can do it by making your own small projects beside working for a great Company like Amazon. 4. Overall, really very bad Experience in working with them.
