Promotions possible with good communication, but tough conditions

Pros

Work life balance. As long as you are communicating with your supervisor, working effectively and efficiently you can go far and be promoted quickly. You can choose from 4 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm/3:30pm-2am, or 3 12 hour shifts Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm. I had never worked in the manufacturing business and I'm still here liking it. They celebrate birthdays, recognize safety, and retirements.

Cons

You have to be able to work in a warehouse that can be either very cold in the winter or unbearably warm in the summer. It is intense labor work.

Cons

High paced, the more you produce the same pay. Reactive not proactive with any problems presented to improve quality of the job or even supplies needed to complete the task at hand.
