      - had fun working here - every event and activity was well celebrated - were all one family and worked like a family

      Pros

      You will get to learn a lot as its a startup. There were very talented people here..but not now as the company doesn't know the value of employees. you will get to learn lot of new things about your industry. you might get time to implement new things Good ambience

      Cons

      worst management, worst process. Company's HR changes law every time without informing the employees! you won't get salary on time. The company is into financial losses. no proper resource Management are bunch of MBA passouts who thinks they have huge experience Employee attrition rate is very high. Less salary as per market Lot of politics Worst HR policies which changes every minute!!

      Pros

      Fun environment,Great mission,Good benefits,Excellent place to work with people that you can respect and who respect you in turn. Can't think of a single person in the whole company that I don't respect and work well with.

      Cons

      The job is physically demanding, I'm not in incredible shape, but I can keep up. You have a lot to balance also, but if you're organized you should be fine.
