      Great money - crap culture

      Pros

      Money is great, they push you hard to stay on site and deliver. You end up banking a nice amount every swing.

      Cons

      Enscope Perth: The management are a bunch of psychopaths. Fostering a culture where their favourites dictate what happens on site. A bunch of cowboys with little respect for the client or anyone new to the company trying to fit in. Massive boys club.

      Down to earth executive team, wants to do the right thing. Forward thinking company, destined for greatness.

      Cons

      Executive team is blind to illegal activities of a particular influential department. Someone will go to jail as a result.
