I am currently working at Quantbox Research( QB), and it’s been an incredible experience. As someone who loves both tech and trading, I’ve found my perfect match here. The pace is fast and the work can be challenging, but it’s also extremely rewarding. The culture is built on collaboration and support, offering endless opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
In high-frequency trading, even the tiniest fraction of a second can totally make or break a trade. Because everything moves so fast, there's a lot of pressure, and you always have to stay alert, which can get pretty exhausting.
