Pros
1) The culture is amazing, and everyone has been a pleasure to work with, I've only been here over five months but feel like part of the furniture
2) The work environment is great and they are very accommodating for people who need flexibility
3) The expectations and the way you are introduced to everything is excellent, there is no pressure for you to be doing anything serious straight away and they are very understanding that we are graduate and this is our first job
4) I struggle quite a lot with learning difficulties and again everyone has been great and its been really easy for me to fit in and work in my own way, one thing I dreaded was having to sit at a desk from 9-6 but whenever I need to get up and refresh, its all good and I'm able to work later on in the day and finish things that I was unable to finish in the office or at home during the day.
Cons
Literally are none, can't recommend this company highly enough
