Friendly and helpful team, Opportunity to learn more about different aspects of the finance industry as well as software development industry.

Cons

There are no set processes for locating the places of change relating to solving specific problems. It takes a bit of getting used to the structure of the code base and the QA process around that area of the code base to get the task done.

1. An excellent team in Sydney. People are very friendly and willing to help. 2. Encouraging environment. Having the opportunity to explore the use of technology and research. Getting exposed to different aspects of the quantitative finance world. Having learnt quite a lot. 3. Flexible management. Very relaxed working environment. Having the opportunity to work flexibly. 4. Always feeling being respected. The manager is open-minded. New ideas are being appreciated.
