Turnover is high, the company can't keep employees. Even multiple VPs have left this place because it was such a mess (at least 4 are gone since I resigned). No room for growth. Inefficient: they didn't have a real CRM program so I was stuck using a basic version of Monday.com, which was not the best tool for client relationship management. Because of its shortcomings I was also forced to update a Google Sheet and Calendar, so I had to input the same info in three places instead of one. Data was also a joke, we had to figure out everything manually - I wasted one weekend per month doing a report for my boss that would have taken an hour with the proper data (instead I was actually counting up engagement metrics from the system's back end). I hope these are outdated complaints, but they were my experience.
