One of the most enjoyable things at Quantified media is the working environment.
If you like a very nice place to work with positive energy and progressive space, then QM is for you. Everyone kept it together at work, understanding the professionalism of the space. You would hardly find anyone grumbling or complaining or shouting at someone else.
The office is properly designed with top quality aesthetics. All equipment is standard, and up to date, there is always a system upgrade once a new software is released, and this enables everyone to get acquainted with the latest features. Everyone has a space for themselves and the organization of spaces is properly done, you hardly have people breathing over your shoulder.
QM hires the best people in the business; everyone is well skilled and professional. They all have warm, friendly personalities, and negative backward thinking was never allowed at the office. You could always meet anyone for help or assistance without getting shunned or laughed at. Everyone was smart enough and mature, understanding when it was time to play and time to work.
The expectations are high but not impossible. Everyone is kept at their best to deliver quality projects. Board room meetings are always exciting, with different brilliant ideas bouncing off the minds of different people. If you were not certain of what was expected of you, you could always ask, and you would get a clear answer without a bitter attitude.
Quality, outstanding jobs never went unnoticed and were always given accolades. There are incentives that you get for a job well done. There are also other benefits to enjoy while you work at QM;they include health insurance, delicious snacks, great friends, cold beers, e.t.c.
