Pros

I can't even think of one.

Cons

Where do I begin? As a market research interviewer, you're being monitored at all times, and if you take even the smallest breather between calls, your supervisors jump on chat and yell at you to get off your interim page and make another call. They simply don't allow you to do anything but make calls nonstop. During my 9.5 hour shifts on Sat/Sun, we're given just two 30-minute breaks, one for lunch, one for dinner. The problem with that, aside from not being long enough to eat at a comfortable pace, is that the breaks are announced at weird times, so you're having lunch and dinner at inopportune times, and working through the hours when you would normally be eating those meals. And those are the only breaks. When you inevitably need to use the bathroom, you can't. Not without getting in trouble. If you leave to use the bathroom with your interim page up, they yell at you for lingering on the page for too long (ie: longer than 1 second), but if you log out first, and then leave to use the bathroom, they yell at you for logging out for too long and not being productive. You can't win. They always find something to yell at you about, and the yelling occurs in chat, which you have to check because that's where job codes and breaks are announced. But if I check my chat to read the numerous angry messages from my supervisors, is that not time taken away from my productivity? And mind you, this was a remote job, so I was being ruled over this way in my own home. The supervisors are rude, unprofessional, unfair, and expect things of their employees that are simply not possible (eg: working 9.5 hours and eating two hurried meals without ever using the bathroom.) This review is the kind where, if I could give zero stars, I would. To give you an idea of just how intolerable this job was, I quit after my 4th day there, and I'm not ordinarily the type to quit so soon. I had to - for my mental and physical health. There's more I could say here, but I don't want to rant any longer than I already have.

Pros

Working from home is what I was looking for and the hours are were good

Cons

They give you one day of training. I mean it's not rocket science to do the work. which is nothing but pushing buttons . I went to the whole day thought I was doing well since I had to do it on my own. The supervisor told me good job and everything 👍 No warning , No write up , No suggestions how to do better just immediate termination after one day. I received a email the day of my shift.
