- Decent benefits - Work from home (at the time)

Cons

- You will learn and apply zero skills at the job. It's a no skill 'edit this config' type work. If you are under 40, avoid this - You will not develop on their given machine, you will use a VM. Quite unfortunate as their laptop is relatively good

Good company if you're not planning to be loyal to them

Cons

They don't give second chances even if you have good performance or zero disciplinary action, you're gone if your performance failed or messed up.

Honestly, this is my first company right after I graduate. And it gives many benefits and high compensation offer for a fresh graduate. And it's fully remote!
