Depends on the Senior roles you get to work with—those who are unlucky might get the bad apples who are too old school/rigid. But the company as a whole is top-notch

It's a good place to learn, as people are very willing to share, and supportive if you can get time with them. The standard of research is generally good and the problems challenging, though this varies from branch to branch. The culture of open discussion makes it an interesting workplace They pay fairly well

The work life balance is completely non-existent, the company attempts to maintain a startup culture some 26 years in There are limited avenues for progress beyond a certain point. People sit tight in and defend top positions in the company, and there is little expansion in that pie. You can progress only so far before you have to engage in the courtly structure that results from this.

It is a place that attracts the best talent. it is constantly learning, evolving and growing. It is a place that is hugely ethical and believes in mixing fun with work. The passion, partnership with clients and the purpose of the company are outstanding

Sometimes, Quantum tends to overdeliver, beyond the client's ask and need. Still trying to figure out how to provide a good work life balance
