I was with Quantum for the last 15 years. During this time, I started as an ISR, gradually promoted to managing the demand centre and eventually moved to an Account Director role. Quantum has a proven record for nurturing and promoting from within the company but also providing a great development programme for people with ambitions to move into software/IT sales.
