Enjoyed working unsupervised. Low pressure as long as apartments got turned on time.

Cons

The challenge when I was employed was making repairs with basically no money and then offered bonus if we didn't spend maintenance money. One month we made no purchases and the bonus was under 5.00

Cons

No support from Managment, lack of communication, high turnover in corprat office and at the sight level, no security of emplyment, not honest or ethecal.
