      Good job for freshers

      Pros

      Good starting package (4.84) for freshers in a city like Chandigarh. Nice working environment. Good platform to learn concepts of pharmacovigilance.

      Cons

      Too much work load. Unequal distribution of workload. Sometimes have to work late night. Also no cab facility is provided.

      - Location is good( Chandigarh) - good company now in incapable/egoistic hands - some managers are very good - a lot of page 3 type parties

      Cons

      Used to be a good company, somehow lost track in the last couple of years. - too much politics - un-written rule is to lick the shoes to grow up - gossip is encouraged - rash, illogical decision making - consider employees as their slaves
