-Disrespectful/Aggressive owners/management
-Describe all employees as easily replaceable
-High turnover
-Pretend to 'listen' to employee opinions, but then turn around and do what management wants anyway, even if it negatively impacts profits, employees, workflow, etc.
-Owners focused on too many other businesses to fully care about Quantum
-Owners/Management have constantly lied about the state of the company, only to come out later and reveal that everything was as bad as it looked
-Owners promote employees that belittle and harass others (even upper management)
-Owners/managers seem to completely lack understanding of how the supplement industry works, and how customers in this industry are unique
-Drastic system/workflow changes are pushed for no other reason, other than to change how things were under the previous owner, despite employees having no system/workflow issues prior
-Personality problems with favorite employees brought to management are met with hostility and vitriol, defending disrespect from the favorite employees, and telling the victims to 'get used to it'
