- People there are very smart and capable across all teams and they really push each other to improve and learn. They take hiring very seriously as it's a smaller company and everyone's impact is huge. You're surrounded by very passionate people in gaming. I've seen some turnover due to that but they usually act fast rather than letting it fester.
- Culture is great, very much a work hard play hard type of culture with all the tech startup perks (free food, snacks, lots of games). Ultimate frisbee and team activities are the best. Everyone there is amazing to work with and very pleasant to be around and support each other.
- Hardcore games for mobile. One of the few mobile companies left that are genuinely going in this direction.
Cons
- Management is less structured. Environment is probably best suited for people who are motivated with self learning. You won't expect to get a manager to hand hold you and walk you through your job. On the flip side, LOTS of room for impact.
