Pit of snakes.

Pros

They have bathrooms. They were nice to provide us with chairs.

Cons

Don't be fooled by anyone there. You are nothing but a number. You barely matter to them. You will never be appreciated. They trick you with wearing jeans to work and booze everywhere but when it comes down to it, you are just a name on payroll. Beware of the snakes. If they offer you a job interview, be smart and say no. You'll just wish you did in about 2 months. You will be praised one day and screamed at the next day, really depends on which medication your boss is on in that given moment.

Secretive management with disorganized leadership

Pros

You can show up to work whenever you want without consequences. Benefits are pretty good for a startup. Utilize the newest version of windows.

Cons

Too many to list. No upward mobility and title/role changes every month or so. Training is abysmal and leaders do nothing to develop you.
