      Pros

      Escaping from a toxic workplace, I was wary about joining another digital advertising agency, but my worries were misplaced. It's an entirely different experience than the last. Seniors here are actually helpful and not screaming at you if ask for extra clarification. Even though it took me some time to get better at my work, and I am still trying my best, I am also learning new things!
