      Frustrating year of my life wasted

      Pros

      I sat here for 10 minutes and couldn't think of one.

      Cons

      I left an awesome job to come to a fun new startup. Turns out they look for cheap salaries right out of college. Those who can work 24/7 with no families. Employees played pokemon go 95% of their free time. They give goals and deadlines but don't even allow you to reach them before they expire. They forced out amazing leaders while allowing others with disgusting behavior to women to remain. Good luck working here as an analyst if you want a work life balance

      Pros

      -Beer on tap -All developers are good people -Office is a relaxing yet productive environment -Depending on your role hours can be pretty flexible -Really fun and inclusive company events

      Cons

      -Pay -Management (Founders/Top dogs are all great, some mid-level managers, not so much) -PEGA -Career growth opportunities (unless you're on the business side it seems) -Hard work rarely feels rewarded beyond some feel good messages -At times they seem to just tell you what you want to hear without changing anything
