      Not a good company, probably one of the worst

      Pros

      It used to be a great company to work for but not anymore.

      Cons

      After the new board arrived last year, every good professional at the company left: developers, architects, product owners, software engineers... There are not enough people to develop the product so, currently, is way behind the competence and they only implement what Eneco says, no matter what. You can be "kindly" asked to leave from one day to another you can be kindly asked to leave after mistreating you from the professional point of view (e.g: endless lack of recognition, zero career opportunities, etc)

      The people, very friendly, very relaxed environment.

      Very low salaries for devs. This is part of company strategy. Office politics. 3 management changes in last 3 years.
