There are some great people that work here. There are good policies in place to create a positive work environment, they just need to follow through in implementing them.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Executive administration is filled with negativity and they promote a culture of hostility and workplace bullying.

Great place if your related to anyone in upper management.

Cons

Dedicated employee for over 8 years. No opportunity for advancement, at all. Culture is depressing. Management treats staff like slaves that have no choice.

I love to interact with children and pregnant mom and counsel High risk participants with the benefits of eating healthier and live a better life.

Cons

One absolute downside are the hours. were restricted to not work no mare than 35 hours weekly because this is a grant funded program.
