Pros

Friendly and supportive colleagues and good options for progression.

Cons

Management support was lacking, and there were concerns regarding an unprofessional culture, including behaviour that could be perceived as bullying. Despite apparent awareness at a senior level, these issues were not adequately addressed. Prolonged understaffing created ongoing pressure, with regular requests to cover days off, and hard work often went unrecognised.

Pros

Senior management are very hands on and like interacting with employees at stores during visits. Very friendly culture and lots of encouragement to keep progressing in your role.

Cons

Managers don't do much about employees that are challenging to work with, e.g. individuals that consistently show up late/no show and leave the rest of us to pick up their slack.
