Pros
Everyone is very nice. If you just want a job, don't care about improving your skills, and don't need to have any pride in your work, it's fine.
Cons
The monolithic codebase is extremely outdated and nobody cares enough to really change that. A lot of "not my job" attitude. Even devs have to work in Windows, which pretty much sums up the attitude of management. Zero trust or belief in developers, which creates even more bad code pasted on just to get the absolute minimum requirements. There is no interest in new ideas or modern clean-code concepts. Just new features. If you want to improve as a developer, this is not the place.
