      - Fast growing and tends to promote from within - Good management across the organization - Profit Sharing - Work life balance - Fully paid healthcare - Befits overall decent - Flexible working arrangements (Remote/hybrid/in-person) - Good pay but don't expect top dollar

      - No employee stock/equity program - Most employees are remote

      Pros

      Quest is a great company to work. You can solve challenging problems and are allowed to make your own choices on how to solve them. Quest allows flexible hours and good work-life balance. The benefits have gotten much better since when I started!

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines are given to the developers instead of dictated by the developers, but such is life as a developer.

      The management team actually cares about their employees from work life balance to general health and happiness.

      Cons

      Quest has some growing pains associated to how fast they've grown. Some of the people who have been with the company the longest are stuck in their ways.
