      Internal employment is a joke

      Pros

      They pay for a gym membership.

      Cons

      A lot of the apperence on the outside about caring about people is fake. They really could care less about the person just the numbers. It’s a popularity contest. Management really has no idea how to train people, they have just done it themselves. Beware I wouldn’t work here. Absolutely no room for growth. And the office is boring and terrible.

      I gained valuable experience in my assignment. Christy in payroll is great! You get paid weekly, and offered health insurance after 1 year of employment.

      Cons

      Some of my coworkers were unhappy with the assignment and complained to the Quest recruiters. Quest told them that we are locked into the assignment and could not get reassigned. This is unfortunate. You would think that as recruiters, that they would work to find you the best assignment and assist you with your job search should your career goals change.

      The recruiters and office staff and personnel are very non responsive to employee and recruiting needs. The voicemails are ALWAYS full. They do not return or respond to emails. I have worked and been in contact with three (3) different representatives of this company and they ALL have the same lacking level of professionalism.
