Pros

If you're a "yes man" "yes woman" then you'll go far! Really far, and get extra perks/privileges/insights/gossip/money.

Cons

When 14+ people have quit in the last 6 months, then you know there is a deeper issue. And NO, it is not because of the Pandemic. The best thing that happened in my opinion is the pandemic. The time that we have spent working from home bc of it has given us employees the opportunity to get out of the toxic/abusive work environment and sit at home and really open our eyes to how bad the work culture really is. When we are in the office there are many distractions (drink outings, loud fun music, great co-workers who know how you feel and help pick you back up, snacks, chef etc) to keep your mind off how the CEO made you feel when he: -Talks down to you in front of your peers, slams doors, ignores you to prove a point, tells you that "this is MY *very bad word* company" when talking about why he's allowed to treat you the way he does, talks about how much money you've made (or not made) in front of your peers, telling you countless times that you only have the house that you have and the car that you have and the things that you have because of him (Which is false. We work our butts off and are 100% commission) The list goes on and on. Working from home helped employees open their eyes to how bad the culture is. The same behavior from the CEO happened on Zoom calls/emails while we were at home. After he makes people feel like a piece of crap on those calls, we were left to sit in our own thoughts and really dissect how he just made us feel without the clever distractions the office has to make you move on quickly and forget about the bullying, intimidation, and truly walking on egg shells environment you're in. When the person responding to these Glassdoor reviews says that "the CEO is the reason we have a wide variety of perks", that is false. WE the EMPLOYEES are how that is possible. WE are 100% commission and the CEO takes the lions share of our commission….with that share he is able to provide perks. Thanks for using the money we earned to give us cocktails and trips…I'd rather make less money and have a healthy/supportive/happy/zero fear work environment…which is why we’ve all left.

Pros

-Old version of Quest Groups: You could make really great money. -You'd get company-sponsored trips. -Cool perks, like apple watches, corporate chef, nice downtown office... -You'll make some decent friends there.

Cons

-Leadership has lack of strategy for the company, both Talentpair and the recruiting side of Quest Groups. -Leadership members are more concerned with funding their lifestyle (golf, travel, partying) than they are putting energy and thought into the business. -Lack of development of current employees. -Non-compete has unrealistic and unfair terms. -Beware: High turnover rate. -Hiring of employees has less to do with skillset and more to do with other attributes. -New version of Quest Groups: Increasingly hard to make decent money on commission, because of decreasing %'s going to actual employees, and structure of pay.

Oh man! It pains us to hear that your experience at Quest Groups was less than ideal. Our CEO is the only reason we have such a wide variety of perks available to everyone at Quest Groups. We work very hard to keep communication open and honest between leadership and everyone else, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel comfortable enough to come forward to anyone about your concerns during your employment with us. Quest Groups strives to continue to grow and improve in all areas, we appreciate any feedback to help us do just that. Again we are sorry to hear that your experience here was less than awesome.
