      A good concept and could work

      Cons

      Too many poor Engineers and the MD cannot communicate effectively. Is blind to issues and won’t listen. Currently this is not a good company to work for.

      Free parking and coffee for 3 dollars per paycheck.

      Cons

      Employees are underpaid. They get the last bit out of you and pay you at least 25k less than what you should be making. This company makes tons of money.. oh wait.. of course they make money by not paying their people well. Terrible benefits. No bonus. Ever.
