-The majority of people are nice -Offers Remote working

Cons

-Micromanagement, line manager is constantly on your back questioning everything and demanding unreasonable KPIs -Non flexible environment, if you can't work for 30min best believe they will deduct it without telling you -Low pay and commission -Low control on clients, typical agency that agrees on the lowest fees just to win a role -Very outdated systems and structure, they ask you to share LR licenses and other accounts tools which is cheap and illegal
