Pros

Can pay well if lucky/good at selling! Flexibility.

Cons

The portfolio of solution is not sexy to sell. It is hard to do proper business development. The Management can change at anytime (at least every new FY) your account sets which means it is not good if you are inside sales ( the Account Executives will be able to take your opportunities if the account is considered too big for you). At the moment there is no company culture, even though it should be better in future. Depend on which region you are working on, the channel is more or less developed. Sales targets are not necessarily well balanced.

Redundancy fraud

Pay was ok I guess?

- claimed the business was in dire financial peril whilst making dozens of people redundant - flew their entire global sales team to Vegas for cocktails, nose beers and presentations about how great the sales team are amidst redundancies

Complex product portfolio; Culture lacking

Great technology; but the portfolio is complex.

Cons

Culture is very divided - old versus new. Company going through significant change since Dell separation.

We knew that there would be the need for significant change just based on the size of Dell vs. the size of Quest.
