The only con I have experienced with working for Quest, is their use of your personal vehicle as a resource for their company. Some clients have behaviours such as wheel grabbing or being aggressive or disruptive in the vehicle. Their policy states that you are not required to drive a client if you do not feel safe, but when working with individuals with disabilities, things can go from being safe to very unsafe in a matter of seconds. You are still expected to transport these individuals to their activities if there are no aggressive behaviours being presented before the drive, when in reality, behaviours that can be deadly for yourself and other drivers on the road can come out of nowhere with these individuals who have a history of vehicle related behaviours. There have been deaths in the disabilities field caused by dangerous vehicle behaviours (not from Quest that I know of yet, but other agencies in Lethbridge and around the world)
