You would still have some decent staffs who knows how to works in academic

Cons

Management knows nothing about academic. Runs it however they like. Toxic working environment. If you love blaming and pointing finger game, this might be a place for you. Its a teaching university. So all its about teaching. Good for newbie in the line since you wont know how bad it is until you experience some other normal academic institutions

okay for new graduates where nowhere else to go. you wont know the difference.

Cons

small town school with attitudes to show. you have to use your own computer and buy your own cables. poor facilities even the staff toilets. talk big but no real care for the people. high turn-over. many bosses, no leaders. overall, nasty and toxic place.
