      Every job has its ups and downs, but I think this is a wonderful company to work for.

      Pros

      This is an EXCELLENT company to work for. There are constantly incentives and perks for performance. Not only can I work hard for my company, but I can actually speak to my boss like a real person. Hard work is typically noticed and commended.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be emotionally challenging and draining. Everyday is filled with highs and lows and can feel like a rollercoaster on emotions at times. It is a numbers driven environment.

      good trip if you make your numbers, which are not consistent for everyone they try to create an engaged work environment but holding contests, group events

      Cons

      Change salary - commissions any time and it is not consistent for all Pressurized work environment Not so friendly work environment - not a team work environment although they advertise as one

      Some great people at this company.

      Cons

      Little to no training done by actual manager. Thrown out and left to your own devices when it comes to your ACTUAL job. Also some not so great people ar this office. Unfortunately, there are a few individuals who act like insecure, passive aggressive high schoolers that talk behind your back and attempt to negatively impact your job. Come on people, let’s TRY to act like adults.
