What a Train Wreck

Pros

The loan products and services are great. The comp plan for sales reps seems to be pretty decent. Good location, upscale office, modern design. Owner is a nice guy, but all over the place. Has the potential to be great company.

Cons

No management focus or even present sometimes. Unreliable management. Lack of training and direction. Major favoritism and seemingly office politics. Misrepresented quantity and quality of marketing. Low energy, it's like working in a morgue. Rude "know it all" admin staff. Its a fancy chop shop.

Where can I start with the management of this company? A bunch of disrespectful scatterbrains who have to be reminded constantly how to do their job! If you think your skills and talents will be valued here, think again. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by the glitz and glam of the place, it's all a sham!

Positive, Enjoyable Place to Work

1. Closed-knit group of people to work with. Everyone is willing to help out in helping others achieve success in the business. This is true from the top of the company to the bottom. 2. I have always found the pay to be extremely fair to the effort you put in on a monthly basis. 3. I have never found myself short of opportunities or leads to be able to excel every month. 4. I love being able to build relationships and help business owners grow by offering them help that they might not get from other places.

Cons

1. The open floor plan can make the office get a little loud. 2. People sometimes can leave food in the refrigerator a little too long 3. The office can seem to get a little warm during the summer, especially coming in on a Monday after the weekend.
