      Pros

      - Leadership really care about their employees, and constantly identifies opportunities for growth regardless of current position - Doing great work on fantastic brands. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow and experience new things. - Entrepreneurial spirit (startup feel). Lots of freedom & opportunities to pitch creative campaigns for clients. - Coworkers are great & supportive (group effort vs everyone for himself from previous work experience).

      Cons

      - Things can be pretty intense at times - but that's to be expected. Especially when on-boarding multiple brands concurrently. - Very busy. Growth pains come with lots of change.

      Pros

      I've had such a good experience working at Quick Marketing Group. I was hired as a junior content strategist. I had to leave the company last year as I decided to pursue post-secondary education and attend Grad school. This company gave me a ton of experience in the digital world and has taught me all the skills needed to succeed in the marketing industry. The owners are great, super approachable and fun. The benefits were good. My coworkers were all amazing and we were like a little family! Overall, I really enjoyed working here.

      The commute was kind of far.
