Pros
None I can think of truly.
Cons
I have worked many remote jobs and have never been surveillanced like this place. They monitor how active you are within their platform all day. They have very little trust in their employees and it shows. I can also genuinely say I have NEVER worked anywhere with so much turnover. Not even an exaggeration someone is gone every 1-2 months. And then new employees are hired. And then they’re gone. You’ll never feel comfortable about your job and team leadership will talk together about everyone behind their back. The workflow process is poor and the workload isn’t balanced. You aren’t provided adequate tools to get your job done and every claim is usually a complicated scenario that takes a lot of time to work. Yet you’re expected to work 50-55 claims a day. The platform is amateur and needs a lot of work. The worst part is you’re expected to do work outside of your actual job title. You don’t have to be a poster to be expected to find payments and do refunds. You don’t have to be in prebill to be expected to find insurance and add it to a profile. You don’t have to be a biller to cancel or submit claims. It’s unorganized mess that is constantly changing its standards of practice you can’t even keep up. They’re so many rules, notes, tags, processes just to do the simplest of tasks. And to top it all off you get to be responsible for all this for your pay to be absolutely terrible.
