This is ridiculous, honestly. We hire all shapes, ages, colors, sizes, religious, and non religious people. We do not discriminate and encourage diversity. Quick Quack knows that people from all walks of life are what will provide us with the perspective needed to succeed in the future. We love our people and try to do our best to pass it along! I will credit the "Advice to Management" because it seems well thought out and constructive. Thank you for your feedback.

Corrupt Company Void of Ethical Conduct

Pros

There are no pros to working at a corrupt and discriminatory organization.

Cons

- Corrupt HR leadership . HR expected higher management to tolerate racial slurs being used in the workplace and intimidates managers to fire someone for hopping over the conveyor due to it being a “safety issue”. If you raise concerns you put a target on your back and will shortly lose your job so most don’t say anything. I’ve heard poor words being said about me by HR leadership, I don’t need to tell you how unprofessional and offensive that is. - Regional Leaders and Directors do as they please - no matter how unethical, or illegal. Including threatening team members with termination if they speak out. Leadership treads the line of illegal activity. - Good and ethical employees are ostracized and deemed annoying for wanting everyone to be treated fairly and respected. Eventually, they are pushed out. - No such thing as Work/Life balance. - The company rarely hires from within. Instead of addressing why that is they continue to pass by their team members for opportunities to advance. To name a few. Bonus structure would be a good deal if all the above issues didn’t exist .

Pros

You learn how truly horrible some managers are. Get strung along in hopes of promotion you’ll never get. Get HR to harass you for trying to do the right thing. Get bosses that genuinely would not be able to do your job.

Cons

The worst people, No one caring about your safety, feeling like a number, watching your bosses crack, working with superiors that have no clue what they are doing. Work outside all day, and not always have drinking water available.
