Pros

A lot of freedom at work. You are not micromanaged and you can accomplish tasks at your own pace.

Cons

None that I can think of? Perhaps higher salary but it is still decent for years of experience

Thanks for your 5* review! Developing effective management skills in our team is something we invest a lot of time in (with coaching and our 6 month management development program), so it's wonderful to see that you are experiencing the right result from your manager - you are supported but still given the freedom to be creative and design your own solutions. We do regularly review salaries against local benchmarks, so I'm glad that you find yours decent relative to experience. I hope that you continue to enjoy your time with us! Thank you so much for your review. We're glad to hear that your experience working with people in QR has been a positive one and that you've found it to be a friendly environment. Our presence in the software industry in Australia is relatively new, you are right, but as it is a growing sector we are confident that there will be lots of opportunities in the near future. Pros

- Working in a global and connected company with opportunities to interact with other regions and often have secondment/relocation opportunities - Competitive salary progression (you get out what you put in) - Opportunity to tackle real world challenges that are mentally stimulating and directly impact clients - Supportive leadership team who encourage independent thinking and welcome ideas - Great culture working in a down-to-earth and diverse team

Cons

- Can sometimes need to work through short term pains resulting in stressful periods (but overall results in long term gains and rewards)
