      Great Company culture and strong leadership, salaries are relatively low

      Pros

      Strong leadership A great place to learn and contribute. Managers are very friendly and do not micromanage. Really cool people with a positive company culture without the toxicity. Great emphasis on work life balance as well.

      Cons

      Salaries aren’t as competitive and there’s a big barrier after senior, which also doesn’t translate to a big salary jump, provided that you are making it in the first place. Friends with similar qualifications are earning much more.

      A lot of freedom at work. You are not micromanaged and you can accomplish tasks at your own pace.

      Cons

      None that I can think of? Perhaps higher salary but it is still decent for years of experience
