      Great company to grow as a software engineer

      Pros

      - Flexibility with working hours and location (remote work). - Opportunity to learn about all stages of medical and non-medical software development. - Extremely friendly environment; this is where the company really shines (team events, yearly trip, daily fikas). It feels like you are working with a group of friends instead of just colleagues.

      Cons

      As a working student, I have not encountered any cons so far.

      Ambitious team with a lot of technical know how

      * Very flexible in work times and location * New technologies * Really good team spirit * Nice team events

      Cons

      * Could be more focused on knowledge transfer and the coaching of newcomers (It is already happening but could be more)

      Pros

      The team spirit is the key asset of the company. There is a lot of trust, appreciation and collegiality in the team. Honest communication between employees and towards managers and CEOs is always possible. Everyone is keen on delivering great products to the customers.

      Cons

      Workload can be relatively high, especially if being needed on multiple projects at once.
