Remote working environment. Great for male managers and executives.

Cons

Needs an overhaul of higher level management. Female managers stay away. Unfair pay practices towards female employees. No standard training and development practices and career growth opportunities, Culture is low, due to poor higher level executives. Never any money for raises or cost of living increases.
